Details are now confirmed for the Dea Latis Beer & Chocolate tasting. This is now in its third year, making it an annual tradition for anyone wanting to break two Lenten abstinences in one afternoon!
We will, once again, be tasting a selection of beer and chocolate matches suggested by brewers, who will be on hand to explain their choices and answer questions. So please join us:

I have recently discovered that Beer and Chocolate are indeed a delicious combination – there is a local chocolate company near to me that even puts ale within their gorgeous truffles – company is called Merry Berry Truffles
as a result they are now supplying their delights to Everards Brewery and their Project Artisan pubs of which i am involved with I also am involved with a social enterprise called http://www.virtuousbread.com and Everards brewery are sponsoring me to teach people how to bake bread from their pubs
Realbread along with chocolate and other Artisans are making pubs the hub of the community again
